At Flourytales, we are committed to delivering your favorite healthy products to your doorstep safely and promptly. Please take a moment to read our shipping and delivery policy:

1. Shipping Areas
We currently deliver across India from our facility in Pune.

If your area is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has been made.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges & Minimum Order Value
We currently do not accept orders below ₹300.
A flat shipping charge of ₹99 to ₹500 applies to orders, depending on the delivery distance.

4. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid using our secure online payment options at checkout.

5. Delivery Timelines
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days, depending on the destination.

Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances, and we will keep you informed in such cases.

6. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to track your package directly with the courier service.

7. Address Changes & Order Modifications
Address changes or order cancellations can only be accommodated before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at flourytales2020@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will assist you with a prompt resolution.
